Sip for a Cause happens in October, but this cause is bigger than one month and bigger than one cancer. 💗

The NRMC Cancer Center treats ALL types of cancer. Breast, lung, colon, prostate, and more, right here at home.

Cancer touches nearly every family. This year, an estimated 2,114,850 people in the U.S. will be diagnosed with cancer, including 29,870 people in Louisiana. (Source: American Cancer Society, 2026)

For many of our neighbors, that diagnosis means weeks or months of treatment. Having lifesaving care close to home means less time on the road, more time with loved ones, and one less thing to worry about during an already hard season. 🏡

That's what your pink drink supports. Every sip at one of our participating local businesses helps the NRMC Foundation provide comfort and care for patients at the NRMC Cancer Center, whatever their diagnosis.

Meet the Radiant Wrap: a fashionable and functional alternative to the hospital gown, designed specifically for breast cancer radiation treatments. It was created by a breast cancer survivor who wanted patients to look and feel more like themselves and less like just another patient. The goal is simple: more comfort, more dignity, and more style on a really hard day.

That's the heart of Sip for a Cause. Every pink drink ordered at one of our participating local businesses helps the NRMC Foundation provide comfort through the journey for patients at the NRMC Cancer Center, including Radiant Wraps, gas cards to help with travel to treatment, and so much more.

A toast with friends here at home becomes a small act of care for someone walking a very big road. 🥂
