Happy Labor Day!

Labor day recognizes the work people do. It should also remind us to recognize the person doing it.

Behind every job title is a person carrying a life outside of work; family, finances, relationships, loss, uncertainty, and challenges coworkers may never see.

Performance tells us how someone is producing. It doesn’t always tell us how they’re doing.

At Plus 3 Golf Foundation, our mission is su***de prevention, and we believe prevention starts long before crisis with earlier recognition, peer support, accessible resources, and clear pathways to professional care.

You don’t have to diagnose someone to make a difference.

Sometimes it starts with noticing a change and asking:
“You haven’t seemed like yourself lately. How are you doing?”

This Labor Day, appreciate the work and remember the human being behind it.

Tomorrow, put it into practice: Notice. Check in. Listen. Connect.

That’s how awareness becomes action.

Peer response helps close that gap.
