Humphreys Street, a social enterprise in Nashville, TN, exists to employ and empower youth by crafting exceptionally roasted coffee and handmade homegoods. A social enterprise of Harvest Hands CDC, Humphreys Street was born out of a desire to raise up leaders within the neighborhood by creating jobs, providing mentorship opportunities, and teaching job skills that empower youth such as customer service, marketing, and craftsmanship.

100% of Humphreys Street profits are reinvested into programs and scholarship opportunities for the students they serve. Their expectation is that the students they employ will transform and impact their neighborhood in positive ways.

Jadyn Marshall is a 17 year old graduate of Martin Luther King Jr. Academic Magnet High School. She is a freshman at South College where she studies surgical technology. She loves to travel all around the world, which is why she hopes to become a traveling surgical tech so that she can work and do the thing she loves most..

Grand Palace is a team of creatives and problem solvers at heart (artists, illustrators & musicians) passionate about pushing their abilities and creativity within the envelope of their trade (screen printing). They specialize in screen printing garments (shirts, hoodies, totes, tea towels, etc.) and posters. Still, they like challenges now and then, so they also dabble in printing other specialty projects like guitar pedals, drum heads, & wallpaper to name a few. These specialty projects are always on a case-by-case basis, but they get great pleasure in a challenge from time to time.

Their motto has always been, "We'll pretty much print on anything flat."

FNPL is super excited to unveil our new logo design by Nashville artist Sebastian Maxwell - pick up one of our new T-shirts in a variety of dazzling colors on handpicked, super-soft, lightweight, longer lifespan fabric, screen printed by the rad folks over at Grand Palace.

FNPL is happy as heck to partner with Po' Boys & Poets once again in bringing the poetry communities of Nashville together for this year's Poetry Fest(!)

Po' Boys & Poets started in Knoxville, TN before stretching to Nashville in 2016... Inspired out of the heart of artists, it has transformed from an idea to an open mic, to a collective in its short lifespan and continues to grow through and with the artists who represent. *POET REVEAL* Announcing 2024 Nashville Poetry Fest Headliners: Chet Weise and Belly Full of Stars(!).

Chet Weise’s poems, stories, and essays have appeared in publications such as Copper Nickel, The Magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction, Peach Mag, and Poetry. A musician, too, he has recorded and toured with almost-famous groups The Quadrajets and Immortal Lee County Killers. Weise lives in Nashville, Tennessee, where he is the editor at Third Man Books.

Belly Full Of Stars is the electronic sound project of Nashville-based composer and field recordist Kim Rueger. Blending FM synths and textural vocals with granular sampling and modular processes, she improvises pieces that veer ambient, reimagining sounds in the world around her into new aural landscapes.

Nashville's 3rd oldest production craft brewery, Jackalope Brewing Co. specializes in crafting year-round and seasonal brews, while hosting community-oriented events. Co-founded by Bailey Spaulding and Robyn Virball in 2011, Jackalope was amongst the first female founded breweries in the country and also made its mark in Nashville by being the first craft brewery to can its beer.

Founded in 2014, The Porch was dreamed up by two writers who longed for a space dedicated to the art and craft of the written word. A place for connection, study, discovery, delight. Building on the rich literary traditions of Nashville and the South, The Porch joins other local cultural organizations in growing a vibrant creative community and diverse arts landscape. We aim to ensure that the art of writing will thrive here and anywhere writers’ voices are waiting to be heard.
