Message from your race director, Jessie Clark:
1. Route changes- the 10k and 15k will both start at 8 am and run up onto Rosa Parks. We will be closing down one side of the road. Then the runners will turn right onto Great Circle.
All routes are current on our website.
2. The 15k will be short 1-2 k due to construction in downtown at the usual turnaround. Stick to the marked course so that awards will be based off the consistent distance.

See you at packet pick up on Friday or Saturday early.

Anyone who contributed $10 or more above the cost of a registration get one free VIP bathroom pass.

Always looking for a few more volunteers!
April 11th, it's an early day but a great day.
Volunteer shifts starting at 5 am.

We are good for Friday packet pick-up, but we could use a few more hands with race day food & drinks and course monitors.

Perfect jobs for college kids who need 8 hours of community service. Send us your ROTC and Scouts, every volunteer receives a shirt, free parking, 8 hours service hours, and ice cream. Plus the feeling of knowing you helped support Friends Life Community.
