Oh what a night! I didn't capture the true essence of this well crafted, well detailed, delicious event. Thank you to the for providing a stellar fundraising event to the city. Several of Nashville’s top restaurants and spirits were represented and every bite and sip was magical. The silent auction items were places and experiences that doesn't come along everyday, ones you can only access at a Les Dames event 😉
It feels good to be a part of an organization that actually embraces creative differences to make a real impact 💙🤍💙🤍

Yesterday I had the pleasure of meal prepping at with fellow Dames. Over 40% of food in the U.S. goes to waste, while 1 in 8 Nashvillians experience food insecurity. The Nashville Food Project takes the donated usable ingredients and incorporates them into nutritious meals and snacks, which are shared with poverty-disrupting organizations across Nashville.

Then raced over to the annual fundraiser hosted by . The work that they do for immigrants and under served communities is priceless. You can see by the sponsor support that their work touches all across the world. The stories told about how Conexion Americas reunited families, made it hard for anyone to have a dry eye in the room.

I hold these two organizations near and dear to my heart ❤️ as I make transactions in my career and business, I can't help but reflect on the support these two have given me over the years and still to this very day!

Every year I try to give an experience for my birthday brunch. Originally it was going to be held on a beautiful black-owned, joint woman-owned by farm. However the weather was looking tricky. Called up another Les Dames sister of a black-owned, woman-owned establishment in hopes of a back up plan... they were able to come together and make magic 💫 The theme of Fancy Pants was inspired for the brunch after dining earlier this year. I can't thank my tribe that has supported my events over the years, some over 15+ yrs. Experiences is what it's all about ❤️❤️
P.s. there will definitely be a farm event next year!

I am a week past the Bands & Brunch event but could not let another day go by without filling the world in on how much fun we had! Thank you, thank you, thank you to all that attended 🤍🤍 A big thank you to for bringing the resistance band burn 🔥 the weather brought more burn 🥵 so we eventually brought the workout inside. Giving an extra special thank you to our sponsors for making this fantastic event happen! And saving the amazing chef Kendra of Posh Plates Gourmet Catering for last 😋 the food was delicious. The protein waffles was all the rave 🎉 the parfait bar was a nice added touch 🤌🏾

It has been a couple of years since being at Musicians Corner. It ended being a beautiful day to be back on the scene ☀️ tried fish and chips (or fries or grits) with a bang bang sauce. May be a keeper 😋

We always enjoy celebrating the Tomato Art Fest with Lockeland Table. The eggs benedict casserole was fun to make and even more fun to eat when you add a side of sweet potato fries 😋 we loved the bourbon chicken over grits too!
