Crew One Festivals Providing event production labor in major music festivals nationwide. Thus, in 1992, Crew One Productions was formed. Safety is always our utmost importance.

We have a sense of duty and responsibility to strive for excellence through our laser-focused teamwork to ensure each event is a safe success. Over 30 years ago, Atlanta’s premier concert promoters asked our four founders, who had been touring for decades, to create a practical choice that would be

the safest, most-skilled, and cost-effective technical staffing solution. Since then, we have grown to be the trusted source for technical staffing in Atlanta, Miami, Nashville, Chattanooga, Memphis, Orlando, Tampa, and Music Festivals Nationwide. As well as, expanding into other market’s major event promoters, arenas, stadiums, convention centers, and festival sites across the country. Beginning in 2009, for the U2 360 Tour’s stop at the old Georgia Dome, we pioneered our industry’s push for safer working conditions by ensuring that all our contractors wear the proper PPE, as delineated by OSHA. We led this charge years before others followed suit. We are also proud to be members of the Event Safety Alliance (ESA) and a recognized Entertainment Technician Certification Program (ETCP) labor provider. We believe every event in this business is a “living, breathing, THING!” What sets us apart? Over the past decade, we have created a custom proprietary scheduling software to ensure that our clients receive the safest, most skilled, and dependable crew for each call. Our unique technology provides us with the ability to make rapid changes to any call, as needed by our clients. We pride ourselves on ensuring that we fill every call, regardless of its size.

Lost Lands 2024 was a challenge. Lots of blood, sweat, and more tears than usual went into this gig. We lost a great friend to many and coworker, Jason Siepl. Though there were many sad moments, there were also many moments of joy. Anyone that has met Jason could immediately see the joy, light, and positivity he would bring to a conversation or situation. We hope you all find those moments in the coming days/weeks/months and hold on to them a little longer.

There’s not a challenge this crew can’t face and conquer. They worked hard and gave every single day their 110%. We are continuously impressed, amazed, and inspired. Each of you are so talented. Our 2024 season has come to an end and we will miss seeing you every day. Take care of yourselves and take care of each other. Much love to all of you. ✨

If we could sum up our Elements crew into one word, it would be resilient. Resilient through the weather, changes, challenges, and obstacles. We could not be more proud of our team that pulled this off with a smile on their face every day.
