5K Run or Walk
1 Mile or 2.4 Mile Swims
3 Mile or 6 Mile Paddles
Eco-Challenger (5K Run + 1 Mile Swim + 3 Mile Paddle)
Ultimate Challenger (5K Run, 2.4 Mile Swim, 6 Mile Paddle)

Tentative Schedule Of Events:
Early Registration Opens April 16th
Early Registration Discount Ends June 14th
Full Price Registration Begins June 25th

20th Event Schedule:
Parking & 5K Checkin /Time Chip Pick Up - 6:30am
5K Registration Closes - 7:00am
5K Race Starts - 7:30am
Swim & Paddle Checkin / Time Chip Pick Up Opens - 7:30am
Public Event Area Opens - 8:30am
Swim Checkin Closes 8:30am
Swim Races Starts 9:00am
Paddle Registration Closes 10:30am
Paddle Races Start 11:00am
Public Event Area Closes 3pm

Wow, just Wow… Epic!! A Record Year Indeed! We had competitors from Maine to The Cape to New York to New Jersey to Ocean City Maryland and as far as Virginia Beach!

275 5K Runners/Walkers, 258 Swimmers, 125 Paddlers - 653 Registations In All!

Together We Raised $12,547.00!! For 🩵🩵🩵

There are so, so many people to thank each of you who add a piece to this day that is so important, that the day would not be what it is without you! Thank you to The State of Rhode Island / RIDEM for hosting us at our new home, allowing us to grow! Thank you to The Town of Narragansett for opening your roads to us. Thank you to Narragansett Police & Fire Department for extending your support. Thank you to all our sponsors who contribute so much to make this day come to life. Thank you to all of our Production Team who dedicate countless hours of effort for months to create this experience. Thank you to our Safety Team for all of the planning, detail & ex*****on to ensure everyone out there is protected. Thank you to our photographers and videographers who make memories of this day last forever.
