Get ready for the Dia de Los Mu***os 1mile inflatable costume and 5k fun run in NACOGDOCHES-the oldest town in Texas!

October 31st. Start/Finish at the Fredonia Brewery

PTW Run Co will host its first EVER 1 mile Inflatable Costume fun run before the 5k race (costume not required for 5k)

Start time is 8am for the 1 mile and 8:30 for the 5k.

If you don’t know what an inflatable costume race is, prepare yourself to laugh so hard!

The 6th Annual Nacogdoches Dia de Los Mu***os: Day of the Dead Fun Run is on Saturday October 31, 2026. It includes the following events: Dia De Los Mu***os 5K and Dia De Los Mu***os Inflatable Costume 1 Miler.

This year your sponsorship will help provide financial support for the “ Nacogdoches Rainbow Room”. The Nacogdoches Rainbow Room is an emergency resource center located inside the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) office, providing essential items for children and families served by Child Protective Services (CPS). The Rainbow Room allows CPS caseworkers to shop at no cost for brand new necessities to support children who are victims of abuse or neglect. The Rainbow Room relies 100% on community contributions.

Hey hey! Let’s kick off the 4th with a fun running event! Open to the entire community not just our runners in our group!

On July 4th at 6:30 AM - NUR will be hosting this free event exactly like in this video! We will have four runners wearing our yellow NUR shirts.. they will have envelopes attached that you will exchange for the coordinating cash prizes- you can only pull one envelope then you meet back at the charter parking lot at 7:30 to claim your cash prize! We will post on our Nacogdoches United Runners- NUR page approximately where our runners will be that morning but they will be in the familiar areas we typically run~ Raguet and Mound street!

Envelopes will consists of $5, $10, $20! We just want the community to have fun!
