Mystic Memorial Day Parade

Parade News: If you are a group or unit that wants to march in the Mystic Memorial Day Parade, this is your last call to get in, contact our Parade Chairman Mr. William Landry via email @ [email protected]
The Parade kicks off at 1:00PM, after the parade there will be a short Memorial service followed by a "open to all picnic" at the post.

Remember this years Parade is on for Monday 2:00pm. Should you wish to join show up at the corner of Route 1 and Water Street ( the old Densmore oil building) and somebody from the VFW will get you lined up.

The Mystic Memorial ay parade is on. This year more than ever I need the help of our community. More to follow.

The Westbrook Nutmeg fife and drum corps will be playing in the Cemetery as we put up all of the flags for veterans.

We hope you all can join us on Memorial Day at 9am in Elm Grove CemeteryCemetary

After placing Flags in Elm Grove cemetery on Memorial Day we will be having hotdogs, chips and beverages at the Mystic VFW Post 3263 at 11:00 AM all are welcome.

In lieu of this years parade we will be installing United States Flags on all of the veterans graves at the Elm Grove Cemetery in Mystic.

We will meet at the Greenman Memorial Chapel at 9:00 am on Memorial Day. This will be a rain or shine event. We invite all to come and help or we can provide you a Flag for your Veterans grave for you to place personally.

With much consideration and deliberation with the Post Commander we have decided not to conduct the Memorial Day Parade this year again.
