What an amazing competition day, full of camaraderie, motivational speaking, and grit!

Thank you to all of the athletes, volunteers, vendors, and sponsors who played such an important roll in making today’s competition memorable.

You took the grind head-on. Expected the unexpected. And strategized and improvised on the spot with the surprise floater.

Every single one of you motivated someone today. You might not know it, but somebody was watching you, looking up to your example.

You are the leaders. The givers. The sacrificers. The first responders.

We appreciate you 🇺🇸

1) Definitely not required, but it will be beneficial to bring knee sleeves and a pair of work gloves for this wod 😏

2) One movement in this wod might favor someone who is taller.
