Have an old pair of running shoes still in decent shape but no longer fit for more miles? Bring them with you to packet pickup as we'll have a donation box for you to drop them off.

We're just under two weeks away from runners getting to take off on the taxi runway at Southern Illinois Airport! If you haven't signed up, don't miss your chance as registration closes on the 14th!

Unfamiliar with the course this year? Link of the map is included below, so if you're unfamiliar with it, please check it out!

I've also included a screenshot of the course map highlighting where Aid Stations will be located, and a close-up map of the course inside the airport grounds. Port-a-potties will be located near Aid Station #1 (near registration) and #3 (golf course turnaround). Water will be available at each aid station, but don't forget we are a cup-less race so make sure to bring something to be refilled.

Not sure where to park? Parking is located in the main parking lot on the right, located near Hangers #1-3. Secondary parking is located on the left shortly after you first enter.

The deadline to register and guarantee a hoodie is fast approaching!

In honor of the 20th running there will be a limited edition full-zip hoodie!

If registered before the deadline (this upcoming Thursday😮), registration includes the standard traditional hoodie. For an additional amount, you can upgrade to the full-zip.

Want both (I know I do 😁)?! No worries! There will be an option to add on an extra hoodie prior to completing your registration.

ATTENTION: Volunteers Needed
Volunteers are the heart of the race and what helps make the race full of great memories year after year. Interested in being part of the heartbeat? We're looking for volunteers for Race Day on February 14th and would love to have you be part of the team.

Wanting to volunteer but limited on time? From early morning setup and registration, to filling up water bottles at aid stations and helping direct runners to staying on course, or helping with breakdown and clean-up. Help is always appreciated and needed.
