Hi everyone! Don't forget we are meeting tonight at 6:30 at the Starbucks on Old Fort to discuss dates for our upcoming outings. If you would like input on the scheduling, please plan to be there. See the previous post on here to get some idea of upcoming outings to schedule. Bring new ideas if you know of other places we can go as a group.

Hi! We are having quarterly meetings to plan outings and discuss club business. Our next meeting was supposed to be tomorrow night, but I can't meet tomorrow night. So we will meet next Tuesday night, April 15th at 6:30 at the Starbucks on Old Fort.

At this meeting, we will schedule our next outings. We are behind on our planned outings for February and March, so we will schedule those first. These are Nashville street photography in the evening, Centennial Park with the Parthenon, and Cummins Falls, the Corvette Museum, and others. Please plan to be there to help schedule the outings. Please let me know if you can come so I know to expect you.

This is the last call to sign up to come to the Zoolumination outing today! Meet at the ticket entrance at the Zoo. You must pay for your own ticket and parking ($25 + $10). Let me know immediately if you are coming, so I can look for you.

Hi everyone! Tomorrow night is our first meeting of the year. It will be a planning meeting, so make sure to be there to give your input. We will be planning outings and other club activities. The meeting will be at the Technology Engagement Center, 306 Minerva Dr. at 6:30, room 103. The only thing you may need is something to take notes on. Hope to see you there.

If you are on this page and are still interested in becoming part of this club, please respond on here. Also please go to our group page and join there. We are planning to use the group page more often since it allows more participation. Just look for Murfreesboro Photographic Society group page. Hope to see everyone at our January 14th meeting at the Technology Engagement Center. We welcome all levels of photographers, so please come. There is no cost to join. Just show up.

Hi everyone!! I hope you all are just about ready for Christmas! Since I had no response on a date that worked out for everyone for a holiday dinner this year, we will not be having one. Sorry to those who suggested dates. It is so close to Christmas and I'm sure everyone is super busy.

Our next meeting will be January 14th. We will only have meetings each quarter in 2025. I hope that this will allow more people to commit to being part of the club. As of now, there is no cost to join. You just show up when we have meetings or outings.

We will have at least one outing each month. I am currently taking suggestions for January. If you know of a good location indoors or out, send that info to me and I will check it out.

I hope to see everyone in January!

Hi all! I have had a lot going on the past few months. We have had to cancel meetings and outings. Part of this is due to a lack of participation and part to my busy schedule. We will have no further outings or meetings this year.

We will, however, have our annual holiday dinner together a a restaurant, if there is enough interest. If you are interested in attending our holiday dinner, please let me know some dates in December that work for you. I can do evenings on Mondays, Tuesdays (except the first Tuesday), or Sundays. Also, let me know which restaurant you would prefer. Everyone will order their choice and pay for their own meal.

If you've been interested in this club, but haven't participated, coming to the dinner would give you a chance to get to know some of us.

Starting in January, we will only have meetings every quarter, January, April, July, and October. We will continue to have outings about once a month. Several of the outings that were canceled this year will be rescheduled for the coming year. If any member would like to lead an outing, that would be awesome! You would just need to set it up with the place and notify me in advance, so I can get the word out. At all outings, we will still need to sign our Hold Harmless agreement. This is to protect our club and each other from liability.

Participation in this club is currently free. We welcome all levels of photographers. If you are a beginner, a professional, or anything in between, we welcome you to join us. If you can make some meetings or outings, but not all, please still come to the ones you can attend. If you know someone who enjoys photography, please tell them about this club.

Hello everyone!! I've had a crazy summer, so haven't been on here much!! We will combine this month's meeting with an outing this evening. We will meet at the parking lot to Murfree Spring Wetlands next to Discovery Center at 6:00 pm. Let me know on here if you are planning to attend. I am not creating an official event listing for this outing.

If you haven't yet joined us, this would be a good one to show up for since it is local and casual.
