Our maximum capacity is 299, including staff. Please call for rental rates, Dates and Times are based on availability:
Rental insurance is required, fees include all of the following:
• Bar area (24ft) Beer & Wine fridges (THE SALE OF ALCOHOL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED)
• Use of catering Kitchen (NO COOKING is allowed on the premises,
warmers and coolers only)
• Ice maker & Freezer
• Tables and chairs
• Use of the venue, and restrooms
• PA system; Audio set-up and microphone (upon request)
• On-Site Manager to assist with venue Logistics
Non-Negotiable Fees:
• Cleaning Fee: $175
• Setup/Break down Fee "If required": $200
* Additional Décor packages can be added if requested in advance
