We decided to host our officer training early this year and spent the day Wednesday, planning out our activities for the year! We chose our theme, designed our chapter shirts, had fun with some team building activities, put together a solid list for our Program of Activities, and had fun taking officer pictures. We are excited and ready to help our members to be active and successful this year! We’re looking forward to !

On Saturday evening we were honored to serve the 115th Assumption Alumni Banquet. We love serving this each year and getting to interact with the history and legacy of Assumption! Thanks to the alumni committee for having us!

We’ve kicked off our summer schedule in full force! Last Thursday - Saturday, we had our putt putt at Assumption Fest and hope everyone had a great time with it! We also had an awesome time in the parade on Saturday morning with the theme “Celebrating America’s 250th - Together We Shine!”

A BIG congratulations goes out to our very own chapter reporter, Charleigh Minott, for being named a Top 10 Gold Ranked Chapter Reporter! Charleigh was selected through an application process and will now get to be a part of a flag presentation ceremony during opening ceremonies of the 98th Annual State FFA Convention in June and she will be recognized on stage during the 2nd General Session of the State FFA Convention. Charleigh has worked hard this year to promote the successes and members of our chapter and is very deserving of this honor! Way to go, Charleigh!
