🎁 Thank You to Our Opening Ceremony Speakers!
We were thrilled to kick off the 12th annual GISSV German Holiday Market with the support of amazing community leaders! A heartfelt thank you to our distinguished speakers:

- Theo Kidess, German Consulate General San Francisco
- Jeffrey Baier, Superintendent, MV Whisman School District
- Dr. Wolfram Schrimpf, GISSV Head of School
- Shamala Hinrichsen, GISSV Board President

A special highlight of the day: our Head of School and Board President received a Certificate of Commendation from the City of Mountain View, presented by Mayor Kamei in recognition of GISSV - German International School of Silicon Valley's years of bringing joy and community spirit to downtown Mountain View. Mayor Kamei also extended a warm welcome and recognition to Consul General Theo Kidess.

Thank you all for helping us celebrate tradition, community, and holiday cheer!
