移動應用廣泛，隨著移動科技（Mobile Technology）不斷革新，商機也越來越巨大，各行業都積極拓展在移動電子產品上的應用，推展商務到每位消費者的手中。中華資訊網路協會（CINA）11月9日在山景城電腦歷史博物館舉行2012年年會，主題以移動科技及商機應用為主的「Mobile Opportunity: At the Intersection of Web, Wireless, Entertainment and Cloud Computing」。
會長邢蘇星表示，科技界關心電腦、筆電將很快被手機、平板電腦所取代。「科技界對移動電子產品的願景，是比現在上網更方便，更有彈性，更容易使用，電力維持更久的產品，隨時隨地可使用各種方便的電子產品上網。」

邢蘇星指出，人類取得資訊的來源從電視、電腦，進步到移動電子產品；不但主動查詢資訊，還可作到與人互動的社群網，或是隨時隨地可娛樂的影音及電動遊戲。

移動科技應用論壇將分五大區域進行討論：移動社群，移動商業，移動遊戲，移動雲端，移動安全。活動將有來自20多家企業與機構的講員，包括創立甲骨文雲端事業，現史丹福大學及清華大學教授Timothy Chou，Gabriel Venture創投家周守愚，Intel China Lab主任Jesse Fang，500 Friends共同創辦人兼總裁Justin Yoshimura，Loki Studios共同創辦人兼總裁Ivan Lee等人。

論壇講員將討論：美洲、亞洲、歐洲移動商機？誰會購買移動科技及數據庫？為何大科技公司現在都聚焦在移動和雲端科技？移動通訊流量大增後帶來的挑戰及解決？什麼是下一代的雲端平台等主題。

論壇期間並有「新興公司展示」（Rising Star Showcase ），展出介紹矽谷新創（Startups）公司，增進新創公司與創投業者的接觸與交流機會。有意展出者可電郵[email protected]。
