53rd Annual Mountain Lake
Pow Wow Road Race One of the longest running races in Minnesota.

We will be holding our 47th annual Mountain Lake Road Race this year. Our race is recognized for being well-run and organized. Known for having one of the least expensive registration fees, the Pow Wow race is still able to provide quality t-shirts to each finisher. The t-shirt is designed by a local artist, ultimately becoming a collectors item for many. There are unique medals given to the top t

hree finishers in each age group, of each race. The medals reflect the same design printed on the t-shirts. Because the race is held in a small town, many residents of the city will bring out lawn chairs and form a large crowd to welcome in the runners. There will also be one and two-mile fitness walks.
