What a way to kick off the weekend.

Last night was incredible and today we do it all over again at the show. Huge thank you to everyone that helped make the Cruise & Block Party such a success.

Now let’s fill these lots up and make the 5th Anniversary one to remember.

ALL RAIN IS OUT OF THE FORECAST FOR TODAY AND TOMORROW!!!! EVERYTHING WILL HAPPEN AS PLANNED!!!!

ARRIVE AT ULTIMATE FORD AT 5PM AND CRUISE STARTS AT 5:30PM!!! The City of Bull Shoals will have a special fire truck greeting for us once we arrive!! Also, Huber Media Co will be in Bull Shoals getting video footage of our cruise for us!! You won't want to miss it!!!! Hunter Clark BY Frontier Events WILL HAPPEN AFTER CRUISE AT City of Mountain Home - Hickory Park AT 7PM!! SEE EVERYONE THERE!!!!! BRING A CHAIR!! TELL YOUR FRIENDS!!

ALSO, THE ULTIMATE 8 WILL BE ANNOUNCED RIGHT BEFORE THE CONCERT STARTS!! IT WILL BE LIVE HERE ON THIS FB PAGE!!

Here is the plan for today's block party tonight!!

As of right now, everything will remain the same. Meet at Ultimate at 5pm and the Cruise will start at 5:30.. IFFFFFF, it is rainy around that time because there is still a solid chance between 4pm and 6pm of rain.. we will just wait it out at Ultimate until the skies clear up and then we will just go over to Hickory Park at 7pm for the live concert. If it does rain, you absolutely can just drive your regular vehicle over to Ultimate to hang out with us and then head over to the concert. I know how much time and effort you all put into cleaning your rides and we want to make sure your ride is in tip top shape for tomorrows car show. Today is about hanging out and getting to see everyone before tomorrow's big day. We want to make this weekend the best experience for everyone here. So please, still plan on hanging out with us this evening!! Hunter Clark will put on an amazing show at Hickory Park this evening! There will be food trucks down there, and will be a good time!! Be sure to BRING A CHAIR!!

We can officially say it now… tomorrow is show day!

In just a few hours we’ll kick off the weekend with the Cruise & Block Party before rolling into the 5th Annual Veterans Appreciation Car Show tomorrow at Ultimate Auto Group.

The rides are coming. The trophies are ready. The vendors are setting up. The Kids Corner is waiting on families and Mountain Home is about to be packed with horsepower and people coming together for an incredible cause.

We’ve worked on this one for months and we cannot wait to see everyone this weekend.

Let’s make the 5th Anniversary unforgettable.

Here are the details of the event :

Friday May 29th - Cruise through the Ozarks. Meet at Ultimate Ford at 5pm to get staged. Cruise will start at 5:30. The Cruise will end at Hickory Park. At Hickory Park, there will be food trucks and live music from Hunter Clark presented by Frontier Events The live music starts at 7pm and ends at 10pm.

Saturday May 30th - Veterans Appreciation Car Show begins at 10am. BEST OF SHOW WINS $500!!!! Come win some money and support some veterans!!! (sponsored by Jim Brown Company)

Hixson's Kids Corner in GMC dealership which includes, Hot Wheels Drag Racing, Model Car Competition, Hot Wheels Car Show, and Re/max of Twin Lakes putting on a Kids Coloring Competition.

DJ Peace Productions will be there giving announcements and playing cool tunes throughout the event.

There will be a silent auction that is currently been started on the Ultimate Auto Group Event page but it will finish at the show.

The Mountain Home High School Robotics Team known as the Bomb Squad will be at the show, showing off their amazing Robots they have created.

We will have several food trucks with a seating area to eat your food and relax for a bit.

Bass Pro / Ranger Boats are bringing their Limited Edition USA 250th Anniversary Bass Boat to display at our show!!

We will have a vendor area with lots of cool vendors such as O'Reilly Auto Parts, Red Star Antiques & Heritage Soda, etc.

and the most important - Our Veterans Associations which is what this whole show is about will be there set up under the canopy at the GMC Dealership.

A big shout out to Ultimate Auto Group AND the Cruisers of Mtn Home for this great event for a great cause!!

PUBLIC PARKING IS AT DODGE/RAM DEALERSHIP. HANDICAP PARKING IS AT THE DETAIL BAY BEHIND THE FORD DEALERSHIP.

Tomorrow night we hit the streets for the Cruise & Block Party with Hunter Clark and then Saturday the show takes over Ultimate Auto Group for the 5th Anniversary weekend.

Cars. Trucks. Bikes. Veterans. Community. Loud exhaust and good people everywhere you look.

Here is the route for our Friday Night Cruise before we make our way to the Farmers & Merchants Bank City of Mountain Home - Hickory Park for the Hunter Clark Frontier Events free concert from 7pm to 10pm. Everyone gather at Ultimate Ford at 5pm and the cruise will start at 5:30pm!!! See you there!

Still plenty of good stuff up for grabs in the auction album and there’s still time to get your bids in before online bidding closes tomorrow at the end of business.

The support this community has shown through donations, bids and shares has been incredible. Every item, every bid and every dollar raised helps us continue supporting the veterans organizations this weekend is all about.

Take a scroll through the album, throw some bids around and help us finish this thing strong.

This album is where you’ll find all of our current auction items for the Veterans Appreciation Weekend. We’ll be adding more as they come in so make sure to check back. You never know what might show up next.

How it works: place your bids directly in the comments on the item you’re after. Online bidding will run through May 28th. After that everything transitions to in-person bidding on May 30th during the event. The highest bid at the end of the day takes the item(s) home.
