You Don't Have to Run to Make a Difference.

The $5-5K is powered by an incredible group of volunteers, and we're looking for a few more helping hands this year.

We'll need help with:
🏃 Packet pickup
📍 Course marshals
📸 Fun Photos
🥇 Finish line support
🙌 General race-day help

No experience is necessary. We'll make sure you know exactly what to do.

As a reminder, the $5-5K isn't a fundraiser and it isn't a for-profit event. It's simply an opportunity to bring people together, get outside, move a little, and enjoy being part of this community.

If you'd like to be part of a fun community event and help make race night a success, we'd love to have you on the team.

👕 LAST CHANCE FOR A T-SHIRT! 👕

Tonight is the final night to register online if you'd like to purchase an optional $5-5K race t-shirt.

Don't want a shirt? No worries! You can still register to run or walk right up until race night at 6:45 PM.

A quick parking reminder: Parking around Pirate Perry HQ is limited. Additional parking is available across 9th Street/Highway 5 and in the Town & Country parking lot.

Most importantly, please drive slowly and be mindful of runners and walkers before, during, and after the event. We have participants of all ages and abilities, and their safety is our number one priority.

$5 gets you in, and every participant receives a recycled race bib and a $5-5K finisher medal repurposed from a previous Pirate Perry Events race, which has honestly become part of the fun.

This is not your typical race. No pressure. No pace goals. Just a fun community run/walk designed to get people moving and bring people together.

Brews & Shoes 🍻👟

Join us THIS Thursday, May 21 for our monthly Brews & Shoes run/walk!

Come move with us, spend time with good people, and enjoy a little community outside of the usual day-to-day. All paces are welcome whether you run, jog, walk, or just come for the social part. We usually stick around afterward talking running shenanigans, upcoming events, races, life, and whatever else comes up if you’re into that kind of thing.

We’ll have:
👊 2 mile route
👊 3.3 mile route
👊 Or feel free to do your own thing

Bring a friend, bring your running shoes, and come be part of the crew.
