The $5-5K is back!

This is not your typical race. No pressure. No pace goals. Just a fun community run/walk designed to get people moving and bring people together.

🏅 Finisher medals for all participants

One of the most fun parts? Everyone receives a random recycled race medal and bib from past Pirate Perry Events races 🎉

Brews & Shoes 🍻👟

Join us THIS Thursday, May 21 for our monthly Brews & Shoes run/walk!

Come move with us, spend time with good people, and enjoy a little community outside of the usual day-to-day. All paces are welcome whether you run, jog, walk, or just come for the social part. We usually stick around afterward talking running shenanigans, upcoming events, races, life, and whatever else comes up if you’re into that kind of thing.

We’ll have:
👊 2 mile route
👊 3.3 mile route
👊 Or feel free to do your own thing

Bring a friend, bring your running shoes, and come be part of the crew.

Join us Thursday, June 18 at 7PM at 905 South Street (𝘩𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘗𝘪𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘗𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘺 𝘌𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴, 𝘎𝘐𝘎 𝘎𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘩𝘪𝘤𝘴, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘔𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘺 𝘎 𝘍𝘪𝘵𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴).

This is NOT a fundraiser.
This is simply a celebration of movement, community, and having fun.

Whether you want to:
🏃 run fast and compete for an overall award
🚶 walk/run with friends
👨‍👩‍👧 push a stroller

$5 gets you in, and every participant receives a recycled race bib and a $5-5K finisher medal repurposed from a previous Pirate Perry Events race, which has honestly become part of the fun.

Our leaders and monthly regulars will be out of town for another running event this week.

Brews & Shoes will still happen at the normal day and time, Thursday, April 16th at 5:45 at Rapp’s. The run/walk will start at Rapp’s and finish at Rapp’s.

𝙔𝙤𝙪’𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚 𝙤𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙤𝙧 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙛𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙙(𝙨) 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜, 𝙨𝙤 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙡𝙮.

Show up for a run or walk, good food and drinks, and great company. Just know the usual leaders and monthly regulars won’t be there.

Don’t let that stop you from showing up for movement and a great evening.

Brews & Shoes
Join us 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝟏𝟐 for a fun, casual run with good people and good conversation. All paces welcome. Run, jog, walk, or just come hang out after.

We’ll have a 2 mile and 3.3 mile route available that you’re welcome to run or walk, or feel free to do your own route.

We’ll head out together and then stick around for drinks and community afterward.

Bring a friend, bring your running shoes, and come be part of the crew.

Starting in April, we will move our monthly run to the 3rd Thursday of each month, so mark your calendars.

It’s finally here. 🙌

After a snowy reschedule, we’re ready for the David’s Trail Endurance Race, and we can’t wait to see you.

We’ll see you tonight at packet pickup from 5:00-7:00 PM at Rocking Chair Resort, or in the morning if you’re picking up race day.
