We are blown away by the graduation parties and showers already occurring in May! These are just the ones that have shared pics with us.

Multiple rentals per day is allowed, with an hour in between for cleaning.

All Day indicates the building is reserved the full day and no additional reservations allowed.

2026 Pricing

Rentals are a 4-Hour block to include your setup, event and clean up.

💲2️⃣0️⃣0️⃣

Each additional Hour is $50

There will be a $50 cleaning deposit. If self-cleaned, the deposit will be returned.

Clean up includes:
▪️Removing all decor and food brought in
▪️Wiping tables/chairs as needed
▪️Placing 10 chairs on each table
▪️Emptying all trash (bathroom, kitchenette
and main room) into outside dumpster
▪️Washing any borrowed items from
kitchenette
▪️Vacuuming/sweeping the floors.

We do allow multiple uses per date, giving an hour between events for clean up and reset. Each rental is a 2 hour minimum, then pay by the hour.

**Your rental hours must include setup, event and teardown. If your items are in the building preventing use by another guest, this is billed rental hours.**
