🇺🇸How to be spiritual withouts ceasing to be human

The story of The Sun of Freedom in Shasta begins in the midst of my own story. The Sun was born as a purpose, a mission, but along with all of that, I was reborn into true freedom. Join us as we share a bit of our story and our purpose of integrating the spiritual here on Earth, here in life, here in our day-to-day lives.

In the next video, I’ll tell you more about this very special place, and you’ll want to connect with this living consciousness, which will help expand your own consciousness and planetary consciousness.

Until the next video—or, if you’d like to watch the full video, head over to our YouTube channel ; the video is titled MOUNT SHASTA: THE CALLING I COULDN’T IGNORE.

Step into the sacred vibration of Mount Shasta and allow your heart to remember.

We are deeply honored to welcome Lua, the Artistic Director of The Sound of Freedom, for her first-ever performance in the mystical lands of Mount Shasta.

Through her voice, music, and presence, Lua weaves frequencies that awaken the soul, inviting us into a journey of remembrance, love, and inner freedom.

She will also share her sacred music at the Festival of Music at the Temple of Avalon, offering melodies that honor the Divine Feminine, Mother Earth, and the infinite wisdom that lives within each of us.

May every note become a prayer, every silence a blessing, and every heartbeat a bridge between Heaven and Earth.

Come celebrate with us and experience the medicine of sound in one of the most powerful spiritual places on the planet.

With love,
The Sound of Freedom ✨🤍

Mount Shasta is calling, and the timing could not be more potent.
Right on the eve of the Lions Gate portal, as the sun drops behind the mountain and bathes the valley in golden light, we are gathering for an immersive evening of deep presence, sound medicine and activation of the body, breath and voice .
If you have been feeling the weight of the daily noise, carrying tension in your body, or feeling called to step into a higher frequency of self-expression, this container was built for you!

For the very first time, The Sun of Freedom is hosting international Brazilian artist, musician, and energy healer LUA as she steps into her role as our Integrative Arts Director with a signature immersion designed to recalibrate your entire nervous system and awaken your true self.

Together, we will journey through:
* Ceremonial Cacao Blessing: To open the heart, ground our collective energy, and set intention.
* Somatic Movement: To release trapped energy, embody vitality and celebrate life
* Holy Voice Activation: LUA’s signature process to free the mind and reclaim the raw power of your authentic sound.
* Sunset Sound Journey: A deep, restorative integration using sacred medicine music and sound healing set with panoramic mountain views at dusk.
You will walk away feeling deeply grounded, emotionally clear, and fully aligned to receive the massive shift of the 8/8 portal.

Your spot in the circle is waiting for you!

Date & Time: August 7th, 6 - 9pm
Location: The Sun of Freedom Retreat Center

My brother Thomas Plump arrived at The Sun of Freedom in its very early days, guided by a message he received in his heart. A message that came to help us transform this land into a small piece of paradise on Earth.

His vision was that wherever we walk throughout this sacred space, we would encounter art expressing love, beauty, and inspiration. And that is exactly what he has been creating—leaving his touch in every corner, bringing life, meaning, and creativity to this place.

But his contribution goes far beyond art. Thomas has also brought valuable connections, wisdom, support, kindness, and a genuine love that continues to strengthen this dream every day.

I am deeply grateful for your friendship, your dedication, and everything you share with us.

I love you, Thomas. Thank you for your love, your heart, and for believing in this vision alongside us. ✨❤️
