Mt. Angel Oktoberfest would like to thank Kelly Grassman for her years of leadership of the Mt. Angel Dance Troupe as she steps back.
Kelly took on the responsibility for the children’s dance program for the 2015 festival, and has carried the program through the 2025 performances.
This position puts in many, many volunteer hours, and Kelly has worked diligently to grow the program.
During the past 10 years, the Children’s Dance Troupe has grown tremendously and increased from a single performance time each day of Oktoberfest to two performances daily.
These performances are highlights of the festival and draw large crowds.
The Dance Troupe is a group of local children with an age range from Kindergarten to high school seniors.
This group performs traditional Bavarian Dances, under the instruction of local volunteers.
Mt. Angel Oktoberfest gratefully acknowledges the enormous contribution Kelly has made to both Oktoberfest and the Mt Angel community. We wish her the best of luck in her future projects and endeavors.
