Get ready for a star-spangled day of fun! This Second Saturday will be a true celebration of the American spirit, and we can't wait to see you in downtown Moultrie on June 13!
Stroll through downtown as local merchants bring their best deals right to the sidewalks, making it the perfect day to shop, explore, and support your favorite hometown businesses. Kids can jump, slide, and play in the bounce house and inflatable slide while families enjoy all the festivities.
Be sure to visit the square, where the Moultrie-Colquitt County America 250 Committee will host a patriotic celebration featuring a commemoration of the Battle of Sullivan’s Island, colonial-era games, interactive activities, and plenty of opportunities to celebrate our nation’s history and heritage. Plus, Reed Bingham, the Museum of Agriculture, the Rec Department, & more will all be on site.

Members of Moultrie-Colquitt County America 250 are putting the finishing touches on the stage and making final preparations for Saturday’s big celebration of America’s 250th Birthday!

Be sure to bring the whole family out for a day of fun featuring bounce houses, arts and crafts with several community groups, and plenty of activities for the kids. Reed Bingham, the Museum of Agriculture, the Rec Department, and many other organizations will be on site with family-friendly activities and exhibits.

Come hungry! Participating food trucks and local restaurants will be serving up delicious patriotic-themed dishes and refreshing drinks throughout the day.
