❄️ WINTER STORAGE❄️

We know, we know, the snowflakes and the word “winter,” are probably a jump-scare. Just as the leaves are already starting to turn one week post-fair, we also know that the temperatures will start dropping, and before you know it’ll be time to put all of our fair-weather items like classic cars, campers, and boats away for the winter. ❄️

The winter storage dates for the Whiteside County Fairgrounds are Saturday October 31, 2026 from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, and the following Saturday, November 7, 2026 from 7:00 am - noon, or until we are full. Storage is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.

One week later, and there’s hardly any evidence that the fairgrounds was filled with thousands of people last week.

We couldn’t help but notice the shades of red and orange already starting to peek through on our maple tree near the entrance. It always amazes us how quickly summer fades once the fair ends 🍂

We thank YOU, our friends and patrons, for helping to make our 155th Fair a success.

We love being able to put this event on for the members of our community, and we couldn’t do it without our dedicated fair board, departmental superintendents, our countless amazing volunteers, Morrison Athletic Boosters (who manage all three of our admission gates), our generous sponsors and supporters, our team keeping everyone safe (Whiteside County Sheriff’s Office, Morrison Police Department, Whiteside County Sheriff’s Mounted Patrol, Morrison Hospital, Morrison EMS, and Morrison Fire Department) and most importantly all of you, our wonderful friends!

Thank you for another great year, and we look forward to seeing everyone in 2027 for our 156th! 💙🤍❤️
