Madigan Avenue Halloween House A Morgantown Halloween tradition for more almost 30 years! Starting at dusk about two weeks before Halloween, come by and check out our display.

Permanently closed.

With numerous ghouls, ghosts and monsters; the Madigan Avenue Halloween House has been scaring the young and old since the early 1980s. There is no cost. Be warned: on random nights and especially on Halloween, live actors haunt the yard in costume waiting to make you scream!

Friends,

Since the black cat is partially out of the bag, it is time to let you all in on our grave news. 2025 will be the final haunting of the Madigan Avenue Halloween House. This October, you will notice a skeleton version of our normal display. You are probably asking why and, well, we are dead tired. It takes a lot of time and resources with a display like ours.

For the past 40 years it has been our pleasure being the stuff of nightmares for the kids (and adults alike) of the Morgantown area. We have had tens of thousands of visitors since our start in the 1980s, and we appreciate you all (and please forgive Jason for all the Halloween puns in this post).

Ok so here’s the deal. Over the past 30 plus years we have collected a lot of Halloween stuff. Way too much. So next to the display we have a pile of some of our stuff free for the taking. Some complete costumes, partial costumes, wigs, masks, props, etc. Some of its new, others used. First come, first serve. And to answer your question, no we do not know the sizes.
