🦪🌾 Happy National Farmers Day! Today, we're giving a special shoutout to North Carolina's oyster farmers! These hardworking men and women play an important role in our state's seafood industry, helping bring fresh, local shellfish to tables across North Carolina.

We're proud to celebrate the people who work hard every day to keep North Carolina seafood on our tables. Because LOCAL MATTERS!

🦐 We stand with our local commercial fishermen and the hardworking families who keep North Carolina’s seafood traditions alive!

We believe consumers deserve to know where their seafood comes from, whether domestic or imported. Transparency matters, and so does supporting our local fishing industry.

The North Carolina Seafood Festival may be over, but we’re just getting started celebrating National Seafood Month!

👏 A huge thank you to the incredible nonprofit organizations, churches, schools and community groups who helped make the 40th Annual North Carolina Seafood Festival possible!

Each year, these groups help staff our soda, product and ride booths throughout NCSF weekend, and in return, we’re proud to give a portion of NCSF's net proceeds back to the organizations that serve our community. Those funds help support everything from school programs and athletics to mission trips, classroom needs, church ministries and so much more.

We’re so grateful for every volunteer who showed up, worked hard and helped us welcome thousands of guests to the Morehead City waterfront. The North Carolina Seafood Festival truly takes a community, and we couldn’t do it without you!
