Weeknights- M-Thursday
$250 + tax

Weekdays- M-Thursday
2 hour luncheons/meetings-$200 + tax

Friday night-6p-11p
$650 + tax

Saturday -All day
$750 + tax

Saturday (hourly) these prices are for 4 PM and before
2 hour party -$250 + tax
3-4 hour party -$500 + tax

$500 + tax

Full weekend Friday 6m-Sunday 12 noon
$1500 + tax

Tablecloth rentals -$10 each
Gold Arch -$50 rental fee
Greenery backdrop-$100 fee

All rentals have a $75 cleaning deposit. Refundable after inspection or Venue will keep and clean.

*Parties with alcohol are required to use Venue 828 bartender and security guards. Also required to get Special Event liability one day insurance with no less than $1,000,000 general liability policy limits with Venue 828 as co-insured.

It is with a heavy heart that I make this post. At the end of December, I will be closing the Venue. Because of the economy, I just can’t keep it going. With that said, I also am trying to simplify things in my life and spend more time with my family. I’ve always probably taken on more than I should and as I get older, I find myself wanting to enjoy life at a slower pace with less stress. The last party will be December 17 and I will not be taking bookings after that date. At first, I felt like a failure because I could not make it succeed, but I realize that at least I had the courage to step out and faith and try something new. You never know until you try and I do believe that God brought me to it for a reason and a season. I just think the timing is not right. I want to thank everybody who did book with me and supported and encouraged me along the way. Love each of you!! With all of that said, I will have some things for sale so if anybody is interested, message me.

If you are looking for Venue 828 don’t follow the directions. It will take you crazy places apparently. If you are at the 4way in Mooreville coming from 22 you will take a right at 4way and the building is 2nd on right.
