We value and appreciate our relationship with Moorestown Township - Government and their sharing of this information.

The #1 misconception is that tax dollars support the Community House. As a small private nonprofit, we exist only on donations, rentals, and fundraising. The rentals do not cover the costs of repairing and restoring our valuable institution. That's why we need your help!

A common misconception is that the Community House of Moorestown is affiliated with Moorestown Township and receives taxpayer dollars to keep its doors open. In reality, this iconic Moorestown landmark is a private nonprofit organization.

After 100 years, the Community House is showing its age and is in need of ongoing repairs and financial support. To help preserve this special place for generations to come, our neighbors at the Community House have launched a Legacy Brick Campaign.

The bricks will be installed in the lower patio at the front of the Community House—a visible and meaningful tribute in the heart of our community. Order by October 25 to be included in the first batch, which will be unveiled during the Community House’s December festivities.

Join us for our fun and educational w**e tasting series at the Community House! Each class will be a focused and Intimate tour of six delicious w**es. Your instructor, Trevor Dunn, will guide you through each w**e, focusing first on the finer points of tasting and food pairing and then on the history and science of what is in your glass. Small bites will be offered during the event. All experience levels are welcome!
