Terminology Tuesday!🏠✏️

Due Diligence: The period of time between an accepted offer and closing. It gives the buyer time to get an appraisal, a title search, perform property inspections, and more, so you know you’re getting what you’re paying for.

I’ll be back for “Talk it Through Thursday”; see y’all then!!

Stop waiting for someone to save your town.

No developer is coming to rescue you. No employer is going to swoop in and fix everything. No grant is going to solve what ails your community.

The people who already live there are going to save it. Or nobody will.

This is not a pessimistic statement. It is the most optimistic thing I know. Because it means the power is already in your hands. You don't have to wait for anything or anyone.

You can start today. Right now. With whatever you have.

That's how every comeback story begins.

*This is the work I do with communities across the country. If your town is ready for an honest conversation about its civic health, find me at revitalizeordie.com
