This race will be held on Saturday, August 22, 2026 with two distance options. The 50K is int

ended to be a more laid-back race, ideal for riders newer to road racing or those looking for a shorter, less intense event. The 100K is a more competitive race that emphasizes endurance, pack riding, and race strategy. Riders registering for the 100K should be able to maintain a minimum average speed of 15 mph; participants who are unsure they can meet this pace are encouraged to select the 50K. Awards will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers in both races, with additional age group awards in the 100K.

100K Age Group award categories: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+
Participants who register by July 17 will receive a free Sage City Classic race shirt with their entry. The KMC Sage City Classic is focused on providing a safe, well-organized event and a quality road racing experience for riders of all levels.
