Thank you so much to everyone who came to Keep on the Borderlands-Narnia! We loved having you here. You are what makes this event so special!
Did you take a Turkish Delight from the gorgeous White Witch Lamia (Alli Anderson)? Still wondering what the effect might be? Keep wondering!
Acha (Barry D Wilson) reprised his role as Pope of the Premier for an amazingly entertaining evening, and ran Feast together with Gilligan (James Claxton) and their team, Kraken (Ed Nihill) Salone (Salone Siolka), Backpack (Alex Winkler), Gallus (Mark Marky-Mark Ingersoll), and Nettle (Noah Botcher).
Thorgar (Chris Jeschke) & Migal (Caleb Hardin) led a solid team to build the Castle, and get it tucked away safely for the next battle! No Wan Important added brackets for strength.
Rün Withthedots ensured there was water everywhere and forced many a Narnian to Hydrate! Was he melting the snow?
This event runs on volunteers, and Ember (Jenny Ball) was key to finding volunteers for everything all the time. You were on fire!
Valacia (Crystal Marie Edwards) & Echo (Raven Tollefson) ran wonderful A&S tournaments, and coordinated classes that so many attendees enjoyed!
Isobel Southwark (Isobel Peckham) & Arnyek (Matt Howard) ensured there were Bardics for our Entertainment, and Isobel also provided kids’ activities & the signs guiding our way through Narnia.
Lucas (Luke M Litwaitis) & Vitalen (Mike Faulkner) led the War Team including Waldodorf (Silas Barrett), Arabia Nomad (Lawrence Cobb), Magnus (Charlie Bowers), and Rolf ( Rolf Erdamage), with Props made by Weyland (John 'Ziggy' Ziegler) in his workshop on the spot. So many great battlegames! Did you count how many castle battles there were?
Paco (Andy Cuson) wrote the amazing Night Quest story & Ecrinya, Mistress of the Night (Kina Ecrinya Holzer) ran logistics for one heck of a Night Quest, while Snapdragon (Kathleen Ransom-Cuson) ensured our Jr Questers had fun.
The tournaments got rave reviews - Thats Valid (Rowan Wolfsblood) ran Bad to the Bow,
Nike Laurier (Lindsay Parkhurst) ran the awesome Valkyrie Tournament and was our Digital Artist Extraordinaire who designed the beautiful event pamphlet with input from Dag
Magni (Brandon Vance) ran the Hog Cup before he was knighted that same day
Trevor (Rob Kamm helped with the Hog Cup, drove the Castle UHaul, made the beautiful lamposts for our sleigh stops, and helped Zeph (Steven Del Vecchio) & Tybid (Jenni DelVecchio) create the Gate Favors and holiday decorations.
Haj (Haj Alxan) ran an impromptu Casters’ Cup that really showcased great casting!
And we had 2 sets of ditch lights from Crownguard & ??????
Rune Masada (Kai Desir) kept us on point with the Site communications - the glue between the Camp Director Andy, TriKingdom North, and the Event Team. Rune also provided sleigh service between lamp posts.
The talented Tabernathe (Miel Nelson) created much of the ambiance including the wardrobe we walked through to enter Narnia, the banner and pennant designs for court, and as Site Jr, Tab created the map at the entrance to help guide the way for this and future years.
Tybid helped sew the curtains for the showers, and cut out the pennants and banners, and then Tiny (Lita Pfleger) printed them all through her business Momma Bear Services.
Fezzik (Jeremy Kelm) & Suraya (Katie Helm) (did you ever notice their last names rhyme?) found merchants and got them set up, so we could enjoy finding treasures. This year we were delighted to have these merchants onsite:

Kratos (Brian Crooks) - ran Event Services effectively and provided a printer, and Gromal (Jason H. Allen) supported and guided.
Our dear Mr Tumnus Kai (Mary Kai Bartholomew) provided the always-entertaining Hype and ran gate with Leanna (Mary Kincaid) who designed stellar gate forms to keep track of all the Narnians
Thank you to all who volunteered! So many who signed up in advance or hopped in on the spot.
We were fortunate to host Debbie's (Debbie Landis) & Magni's (Brandon Vance) knightings - fabulous people who exemplify what knighthood should be - you could feel how much they're loved and respected!
We loved working together and with our fantastic team! We'll treasure all the special moments with you.

TKN typically announces that bids are open several weeks after Keep, and they are usually due late fall - they'll provide any specific requirements/ expectations.
