The GRAVITOYD BATTLE OF THE BANDS is right around the corner next Saturday April 18th, and the winner will move on to play at GRAVITOYD DOOMFEST May 2nd! Join us to cheer these youngsters on and help cultivate the next generation of heavy underground music. It all goes down at the 19th hole Spring texas and it’ll be a big ol party with some killer food and a nice selection of brews on tap. We’ll have some special veteran judges from the stoner/doom scene hanging out and drinking beer, so come hang with us! We have Lightforce & Twin Sunns bringing the heavy stoner sound, Suffering & Nephilim Smoke Circle bringing the doomy sludge and When the Sun Dies bringing the metal… If you’re in the Houston area, don’t miss it🤘🏻

Band Announcement: HIGH DESERT QUEEN

High Desert Queen has been lighting up stages all over the US and Europe with their electric brand of heavy desert rock since 2019. The band, formed by singer Ryan Garney & guitarist Rusty Miller, have released 2 albums, both of which have hit the Doom Charts top 10 and have been touring heavily in support of their latest release “Palm Reader”, out now on Magnetic Eye Records.

Band Announcement: FOSTERMOTHER

Fostermother is a doom metal band from Houston, TX and was formed in 2019 by multi-instrumentalist, Travis Weatherred. He and his partner in crime Stephen Griffin have released 3 stellar albums that have made their mark on the doom metal community, each incrementally dipping further into progressive elements. The band is currently signed to Ripple Music and have made appearances in the Doom Charts top 10 multiple times.
