Thank you for your patience as we finalize the details from this year’s auction. Our contractor is currently updating all add-ons in the system. Once this process is complete, each exhibitor will receive a document listing the buyers and donors who supported their project.

We encourage each exhibitor to take a moment to thank these individuals for their generous support. Thank you letters are due when picking up your auction check.

Checks will be ready for pickup beginning Monday, September 28 at 9 a.m. Checks may be picked up any day the Fair Office is open, Monday–Friday, from 9 a.m.–12 p.m. and 1–5 p.m.

Thank you again for all the time, dedication, and hard work you put into this year’s program. We truly appreciate everything you do and are grateful to have you as part of the Fair community.

Attention 2026 Monterey County Fair Exhibitors! For those of you who received auction add - ons, information will be sent out next week so you know who to write thank you letters to. These will be emailed to your exhibitor email on file (the one used when entering the fair). Don't forget - all thank you letters are due starting September 28th in order to pick up your auction check. If you hand delivered a thank you note or gift, you still need to bring one with you to the fair office. Thank you notes = auction check!
