Montauk Music Festival The Montauk Music Festival takes place at venues around Montauk, NY every May. Original artists, great food and drink, and always a good time!

The Montauk Music Festival (MMF) is a volunteer-run, grassroots live music event designed to celebrate, support, and promote the thriving Montauk music scene while showcasing and stimulating the burgeoning artistic, commercial and pedestrian activity in Montauk. The festival would not be possible without the generous support by businesses and individuals, who, like the festival organizers, are ded

icated to nurturing this vital component of the area’s culture. MMF is a Montauk Sun Production. MMF is a four-day musical celebration featuring talented up-and-coming independent artists, set against the backdrop of one of the most idyllic beach communities on the east coast – Montauk, NY. If all begings with the Opening Party on Thursday night at the Westlake Fish House. Continueing throughout the weekend with over 400 artists boasting a wide variety of musical styles (from alternative, rock, folk, pop, Americana, reggae, blues, jazz, bluegrass, to flamenco, hip-hop, country, and more), who will be performing for free in the spirit of sharing original music -through showcases -with audiences and fellow musicians. So make plans, grab your beach chairs, bring your family and friends, and escape to Montauk for the weekend of May 16-19. Enjoy a music-filled Opening Party Thursday night at the Westlake Fish House 6:30-11pm, followed by three additional days of talented Artist Showcases at venues throughout the town- including Saturday 11am-4:30pm and Sunday 11-6pm open-air concerts & Festival aon the tandem Main Stages at the Montauk Yacht Club, – food/cocktails will be sold. New York State Law Prohibits Spectators from bringing in any type of alcoholic beverages and requires bags and coolers to be checked. Montauk is a vacation destination surrounded by the Long Island Sound and the Atlantic Ocean, known for the best beaches, surfing, fishing, and parks in the northeast.

Yoga Pants started out as a cover band playing bars in Montauk, putting beachy reggae vibes to classic and hit songs we all know and love. As time went on they developed their own beach rock sound and started writing original music. They have been playing all over Long Island bringing good vibes and great tunes whenever and wherever possible!

“victoria said” is a singer songwriter who grew up on the East End of Long Island. Now based in Port Jefferson, Victoria has been performing gigs all over Long Island for years, and has been exploring her creativity and passion for songwriting since the start of her project just over 2 years ago. Victoria’s music is known to be raw, vulnerable, and showcases catchy and groovy melodies. Her most recent singles include “Expensive,” “self sabotage,” & “I wish everybody knew.” Victoria is honored to be a part of the Montauk Music Festival for her first time.

OKTRAD is a metal band from Mexico City, formed in 2022 with the aim of expressing personal introspection.

Their music combines heavy and powerful elements, always focusing on quality, positioning it within the new alternative/progressive metal genre. In 2023, they released their debut EP, ‘Degrader,’ and have since participated in multiple tours and festivals, including a national tour with Soen and appearances at events like Road to Hell & Heaven and MetaMorfosis Prog Fest.

They have also shared the stage with notable acts like Evergrey, Mark Lettieri, and Anima Tempo, solidifying their presence in the national progressive metal scene.
