INAUGURAL BEST OF THE BEST FOR THE BRIDE DONATES TO THE WELLSPRING
The Monroe-based bridal fundraiser, Best of the Best for the Bride, recently donated 100% of proceeds from its inaugural fundraiser in May to The Wellspring. On Wednesday, May 30th, Kim Romero, General Manager of the host venue, Bayou Landing, presented a check in the amount of $1,500 to Caroline Cascio of The Wellspring.
"Best of the Best for the Bride is a new fundraiser that brings brides-to-be together with the very best wedding professionals in our area," said Kim Finley Romero. "From day one, we wanted to create an intimate one-on-one interaction between prospective brides and businesses who help make those special days a reality. But, even more importantly, we wanted Best of the Best for the Bride to benefit our community in a special way. That's why we identified The Wellspring as the beneficiary of our fundraising efforts."
