Participants will be able to enjoy live music, free, unlimited craft beers and ciders, and food (for purchase) from local vendors. The Half Marathon course follows paved paths and tree-lined streets along the shores of beautiful Lake Monona, offering low humidity and cooler temperatures throughout. Tr

ees along the course will display their fall foliage as the leaf colors begin to transition. Runners will be able to view the beautiful Madison skyline throughout the course, and around mile 6, will run under the Frank LLoyd Wright Monona Terrace Convention Center. The 5K course follows paved roads through the lovely neighborhoods surrounding Winnequah Park. All participants will receive an official Wisconsin Lakeside Half Marathon & 5K race shirt, a cool finisher medal, and much more.

The Kid's Half Mile Marathon.
Starts and finishes within Winnequah Park.
Kiddos, ages 5-11, will be able to start and finish in front of cheering spectators, led by our Lead Bike.
