 Our wedding pricing starts at $5,500 for up to 150 guests. For guest counts between 150 and our indoor maximum of 225, the price is $6,500. We require 25% retainer fee at contract signing, with the remaining balance due 60 days prior to your event.

Looking for an elevated barn wedding? Here are all the things we offer including our pricing. We still have a few remaining 2026 dates available and 2027 is now booking.

Our pricing is based on guest count rather than individual amenities, which allows us to include quite a bit without surprise add-ons.

Saturday pricing starts at $5,500 for up to 150 guests and increases to $6,500 for our indoor maximum of 225 guests.

We also offer Sunday wedding pricing at a slightly reduced rate. The only difference is that Friday access for rehearsal and decorating is not included with a Sunday event.

Here’s what is included in your venue rental:

• Venue access Friday from 4–7 PM for decorating and rehearsal (if applicable)
• Full-day access on Saturday until 11 PM
• Sunday access until 10 AM for item pickup (we typically have everything packed and ready for you)
• Ceremony space
• Tables and chairs
• White linens
• Dishes
• Full setup and cleanup (no additional fees)
• Professional bartenders (alcohol is priced by the bottle, can, or pour — no packages; we hold a full liquor license)

• Day-of coordination

• Bridal suite with overnight accommodations
• Groom’s suite with overnight accommodations available (typically used by parents; no charge for the guys during the day)
• Outdoor games
• Kitchen staff for post-dinner cleanup

The only additional charge related to Friday access would be if you choose to host a rehearsal dinner on-site. In that case, there is a $300 fee for groups under 35 people.

IT IS FINALLY DONE! So excited to show off our new groom's suite The Roost. Our groom's suite is the perfect place for the guys to get hang out before the wedding festivities begin. Games. pinball machines, big screen tv (coming) and so much more. Featuring a full kitchen, bath and bedroom. The suite will sleep four people and is also available on Airbnb to rent.
