Modesto Porchfest Modesto Porchfest is a free afternoon of local music in Modesto. Modesto Porchfest is a fun, free, community-focused afternoon of great local music in Modesto.

This grassroots event is held annually on the Sunday the weekend before Memorial Day on porches in neighborhoods around downtown Modesto and will feature performances from local musicians. This grassroots event will be held on porches in the LaLoma, College, and Downtown neighborhoods and will feature performances from local musicians. ages" in the neighborhoods. Porchfests have been held in dozens of other cities around the country, this will be Modesto's first year hosting this fun community event. Porchfest is a free event, tip jars are available to help support the participating bands.
