Did you know planning for our haunt starts in May, and construction begins in June?

The Holly Lane Haunt is a free annual haunted trail in Davie County, brought to life by a group of nearly 40 family members and friends who volunteer their time and resources to create an unforgettable experience for our community.

What started over 10 years ago as a small walk through with caution tape, a few tombstones and one animatronic has grown bigger every season. Last year, we welcomed more than 2,000 visitors through the trail—and we're working hard to make this year's haunt our best one yet!

To the loyal patrons of Gabe’s Chop Shop:

WE ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS

Unfortunately, the Health Department had a few... concerns.
Apparently:
🩸 Blood isn't an approved floor coating.
🔪 Meat hooks belong in a butcher shop... just not that kind.
🪳Bugs "Adding to the atmosphere" isn't an acceptable pest control plan.
🥩 And we're no longer allowed to label mystery meat as "Chef's Choice."

We're making a few "minor" adjustments to meet their ridiculously high standards.
Don't worry. we'll be fully stocked, freshly sharpened, and back in business October 23rd.

Until then, thank you for your patience. The renovations are going... to plan. Mostly.
See you October 23rd. Bring friends. We may need fresh inspectors.
