Rustin Hansen with a 27" walleye brought to the scales the 2nd day at the recent Whitlock Bay Tournament. We lost another of this caliber at the net that day and flat failed to connect the first day. There have been numerous big fish coming in from the northern stretches of Lake Oahe and I would predict some big weights at the South Dakota Walleye Classic to be held the 22nd and 23rd of July. Openings are available at www.sdwalleyeclassic.com. This will also be held in conjunction with the Northern Oahe Walleye Series Championship.

The updated point standings are up on the homepage of the www.northernoaheseries.com site. As has been clearly outlined from the outset, teams take the highest point finishes from two of the qualifiers into the Championship Tournament.
