We are currently accepting vendor applications for the upcoming Craft & Vendor Show at the Randolph County Fair until July 1st, and we want to do things a bit differently this year!

Most traditional craft and vendor shows primarily attract a certain kind of audience. Our goal for this event is to break that mold. So, we are actively seeking all types of vendors who can bring in booths that would tailor to everyone’s desires. Let’s be real, most often it’s the guy who stays home while the wife goes out and shops, or they drive the spouse there and then they wait in the car. Or maybe the spouse drags them along with them and they are seeking desperately for there to be more than a handful of tables that are of interest to him. Now, we know we can’t please everyone, but we sure want to give it our all! So, we are wanting to really find some businesses/people/vendors who tailor in the world of tools, outdoor gear and automotive items to even sports memorabilia, woodwork, and unique hobbies. We want to ensure there is something for every member of the family.

To make the event a massive success and draw a diverse crowd, we have some fantastic features lined up:

• The Ultimate "Guy" Draw: We are hosting a massive corn hole tournament with both competitive and non-competitive brackets. It even features a 70% cash payout for the winner!
• Atmosphere & Perks: Admission is completely free for all shoppers. We’ll also have live music featured, incredible food from M&J German-American Foods LLC and Watkins Rise n Swine BBQ and a highly anticipated appearance by The Bucket!
• Prime Exposure: This is a great opportunity to get your brand in front of a demographic that is typically underserved at local markets.

Whether you specialize in traditional crafts or unique items for such, we would love to have you set up a booth and support our community. This is also the time we’d love to encourage everyone to come on out to the fair on July 18th because we promise, we are not going to be your average “Craft & Vendor Show”. Now, there is no offense to those because we love those just as much. This is simply a way to entertain those guys in our lives as well 😉

💛 RJ’s Silent Auction💛

The Randolph County Fair is coming together for a very special family that is near & dear to us. This family is the Schmidt’s. They have been showing at the fair for many years, as their kids have been in 4-H through the Randolph County Challengers Club.

Recently Edward & Cassie Schmidt’s 2-year-old, RJ, the youngest of 4 siblings, was diagnosed with Leukemia. His family is walking through a season no family ever plans for and we’re hoping to simply lift some of that burden in the way our community does best - by showing up & supporting one another!

Join us for RJ’s Silent Auction - a fun, slightly competitive fundraiser that’s happening during the Fifty/Fifty concert:
📅 July 18th
🕕 6:00–10:00 PM

This is more than just a silent auction, it’s a night of community, hope AND coming together for RJ and his family.

The Schmidt’s are deeply rooted in our community. Cassie is a teacher at Middle Grove C-1 and Edward works hard in the row crop industry, as well as selling crop insurance. Come Summer time, their days are often spent early in the fields, raising/picking and then selling corn at various places (and boy does it go quick!). They also love tending to their chickens and 2 dogs who keep life a little brighter at home. The Schmidt’s are also members of St. Pius X Catholic Church.

100% of the proceeds gathered are going to be presented to the family to help support RJ and this journey.

Let’s show up big for RJ. It's bidding time!💛
