Palace City Jazz Festival

Palace City Jazz Festival The Palace City Jazz Festival is a non-competitive jazz festival centered around jazz education.

The Palace City Jazz Festival is run by the Mitchell High School Boosters group. This non-competitive festival is centered around the education of jazz. Each band receives 30 minutes on stage with 6 clinicians (1 woodwind specialist, 2 brass specialists, 3 rhythm specialists). Each band then gets 30 minutes off stage in a private one on one clinic with one of our clinicians. Our festival is usually held the second Tuesday of February (depending on calendar).
