Dutch Mill Open Mic Night-Every 3rd Thursday
17 minutes ago. Dutch Mill now host an "Open Mic Night"!! This open mic is held every third Thursday of the month. The vision and idea of this event is to give the local musicians and singer/songwriters a place and forum to do what they do. There is a lot of talent in the area that doesn’t get a chance or have the opportunity to play in front of a crowd….. This is what the open mic is for! Original artist and singer/songwriters are VERY MUCH encouraged to attend this event! Although original acts are encouraged to attend, all genres, covers and styles are welcomed! How does the open mic work? We currently have 20 min slots with a 5 min change over in-between sets. Being a new event, I am accepting early sign ups through this event page or via FB message. Folks can also sign up the night of at 7:00pm! I will have PA, 1 monitor, two mics, two mic stands and two stools available. Performers are responsible for additional gear and PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN INSTRUMENT OR MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH A FELLOW PERFORMER! Pup, the staff and I have been very pleased with the turn out and response of the Open Mic and we are looking fwd to the next one on Thursday-Aug, 15th!
