Since our very first edition in 2021, when around 45 people gathered on the front patio, Minneapolis Cider Company has been the home of Breizh Fest ✨
Over the years, the event has been able to grow thanks to their amazing space, supportive team, flexibility, and community spirit. The venue allows us to welcome large crowds while keeping the warm and festive atmosphere that makes Breizh Fest so special!

Minneapolis Cider Company is known for its incredible locally crafted cider, beautiful industrial space, community events, patio vibes, and even pickleball!
We’re incredibly grateful for their trust and support year after year ❤️

Started by Claire Corvaisier with a simple dream and a passion for sharing French culture through food, Oh Crêpe has become a beloved Twin Cities favorite, serving traditional galettes, sweet crêpes & beautiful crêpe cakes inspired by authentic French savoir-faire.

In Brittany, galettes and crêpes are two different (and equally sacred 😌) traditions:
🥓 Galettes are savory buckwheat thin pancakes filled with cheese, eggs, ham, mushrooms & more
🍫 Crêpes are the sweet version, topped with butter, sugar, chocolate, salted caramel, jam and other delicious things
Both are cooked on a "bilig", the traditional cast-iron griddle at the heart of Breton gatherings, festivals & food culture.

This year, the amazing Oh Crêpe & Minneapolis Cider Company teams will be keeping the biligs HOT all night long 🔥

Based in St. Paul, The Center for Irish Music is doing incredible work to keep Irish musical traditions vibrant in Minnesota through private lessons, youth camps, ensembles, concerts, workshops, community events & cultural programming all year long 🎻✨
From June 11-14, CIM will present Minnesota Irish Music Weekend, featuring world-class traditional Irish musicians right here in the Twin Cities ☘️

Poster reveal 🎉

Did you know Brittany has dozens of traditional headdresses, called “coiffes”? Each one comes from a different region, with its own shape, height, and personality. Some are tall and striking like the bigoudène you see here, others are softer, wider, or more intricate, all reflecting how diverse Breton culture really is!

Beyond the coiffes, there are entire traditional costumes that vary just as much from one area to another, often adorned with detailed embroidery and motifs inspired by local life, nature, and history. Over time, each region developed its own distinctive patterns, making every detail meaningful.

This poster is just a glimpse into that world ✨

Breizh Fest 2026 is back in Minneapolis on June 5 🦪🌊💃✨!
If you’ve ever been, you already know it feels a little different… and that’s because it’s inspired by something called a “Fest-Noz”.

A Fest-Noz is a traditional dance night from Brittany, France, where no one’s really watching, everyone just joins in. You line up or form a circle, follow along, mess up a bit, laugh… and before you know it you’re moving with a whole group like it just clicks!
You’re holding hands, linking pinkies, and it keeps everyone connected while still letting you move freely. Once the rhythm kicks in, it just works!

That’s the vibe we’re bringing back to Minnesota on June 5th.
