Bailame Dance Festival

🔥 BAILAME FULL SCHEDULE IS HERE! 🔥

Time to plan YOUR Bailame weekend! 🎉

📚 Find the workshops you want to take, OR challenge yourself and TAKE THEM ALL!

🎧 Find your favorite DJs and show them some love, OR DANCE ALL NIGHT LONG!

💃 And did you know that ALL of our DJs are dancers too?!

Don't be shy! Ask our instructors AND DJs to dance during the socials! They're not just talented dancers, but they are genuinely wonderful people who would love to social dance with you!

That's what we love about Bailame. It's not just about learning from incredible people, but also sharing the dance floor, making connections, and enjoying the music together! ❤️

So plan your workshops, save some energy for the socials, and get ready for an unforgettable weekend!

🔥 See you on the dance floor at BAILAME!

✨ Meet Eda, owner of Yirii Dance in Minneapolis, MN!

Eda is all about feeling the music, and you can see it in every movement. When the right song comes on, she absolutely lights up and honestly, if no one else is dancing, she’ll happily be dancing all by herself and we love that about her.

That genuine love for music, movement, and simply enjoying the moment is exactly what we love about Eda.

She reminds us that sometimes the best way to dance is to just feel the music and have fun. ❤️🎶

✨ Meet Lina, Director of Ritmo Latino MN from Minneapolis!

Lina and her dancers are true performers who light up the stage every time they perform. Behind every performance are hours of practice, dedication, sweat, and love for their craft and you can feel it the moment they step on stage.

What makes Lina’s work especially heartfelt is the way she uses dance to showcase her dancers and celebrate culture through movement. She creates performances that are not just entertaining, but meaningful.

We’re so excited to have Lina and her dancers be part of the Bailame family! ❤️🔥

✨ Meet DaHee, owner of Minneapolis Salsa Bachata Dance in Minneapolis, MN!

DaHee’s passion goes beyond teaching dance. She cares deeply about teaching technique, safe social dancing, and dance floor etiquette so that both leads and follows can feel comfortable, respected, and confident on the social dance floor.

But what matters most to her is community. Her commitment to creating a space where people genuinely care for one another, support each other, and grow together is what makes her vision so special.

For DaHee, dance is more than steps. It’s about creating a community that cares. ❤️

🔥 Meet DJ Shun from Minneapolis, MN!

He may be our beloved local DJ, but his talent and musical knowledge are appreciated far beyond Minneapolis! 🎶

With a deep knowledge of music, a constant dedication to learning and discovering more, and an incredible ability to choose music that truly caters to the dancers, DJ Shun knows how to create a dance floor experience.

From the first song to the last, he’s always paying attention to the room, the dancers, and the energy and that’s what makes his sets special.
