Three months ago, the Minnesota Central Kitchen was formed by a group of local restaurants and caterers, corporate partners, and hunger-relief organizations in response to the growing need for food assistance in our community. Since then, we've worked together to:

⚡Produce nearly 428,512 meals and distribute them to 50+ meal sites across the Twin Cities

⚡Recover more than 656,300 pounds of food from local restaurants, wholesalers and farms

⚡Employ more than 100 food service workers so they can get back to doing what they do best—making delicious food for the people in their community
