Our annual School Supply Drive was back, and once again, our team showed up in a big way. 🎒✏️📚

Organized and supported 100% by Minneapolis Convention Center staff, this year’s drive collected hundreds of school supplies to support students through the Kids In Need Foundation.

From pencils and notebooks to crayons, markers, backpacks and more, every donation will help provide students with the tools they need to learn, create and succeed.

A big thank you to our staff for coming together to make a difference for students in our community. We’re proud of the generosity and care our team continues to show beyond our walls. 💛

🌎 Every event can make a difference. This Earth Day, we’re proud to celebrate the sustainability efforts at the Minneapolis Convention Center – where greener events are built into the experience.

From 100% renewable energy powered by solar and wind, to thousands of rooftop solar panels, and a stormwater system that diverts millions of gallons of rainwater each year, sustainability is part of how we operate every day.

🌱 Inside the building, compostable food packaging, extensive recycling programs, and food donation partnerships help reduce waste and support the community.

Because great events should leave lasting memories–not a large footprint. ♻️ Learn more: https://bit.ly/3GmqDNu
