Hidden Pond Farm is a pick your own flower farm near Lake Anna VA dedicated to increasing awareness and raising funds for farmed animal sanctuaries. Welcome!

We offer u-picks, on-farm flower events, and flower-focused workshops. Hidden Pond Farm was borne from the idea that if people understood how many wonderful pet-pigs are available for adoption at sanctuaries, perhaps, just perhaps, they wouldn't seek out a pig breeder/greeder to buy a pet pig. Instead, volunteering at a pig sanctuary to provide piggy belly rubs or donating to help provide food, warm beds and enrichment opportunities, or maybe even adopting a pre-loved pig are all excellent ways to show your love of pet-pigs. We hope that Hidden Pond Farm can help educate people on how unique and special pigs are and how we can all help stop their exploitation. Thank you for joining us on our journey.

Stop by and pick up a bloom cup and head over to Swine Knot for Oinktoberfest. Meet the internet sensation Punkin, enjoy live music, pick dahlias from the bloom bar, and make a selfie with Banjo, the minature donkey who has graciously allowed me to decorate him with fall flowers, lol.

And apparently fame has officially gone to her ears.

And those ears were already ENORMOUS. 👂😂

Meet D***y, one of the lucky pigs that callPigs and More Sanctuary their forever home.

D***y’s story is very unusual in the pig rescue world because her entire family found refuge at a sanctuary that moved heaven and earth to bring them from Florida to safety right here in Louisa County.

D***y is one of 7 siblings nicknamed the “Seven Dwarfs.” Her mom Daisy , 6 siblings and an older sister named Skyler came to the sanctuary in 2024.

Most of our followers don’t know this but the man behind the flowers here at Hidden Pond Farm (Bill) almost died on January 3, 2023. He survived a stroke and had a complete recovery because of the amazing men and women who volunteer for our local rescue organizations. We are forever grateful for their dedication and sacrifice.

Please come out today and tomorrow (October 2 & 3) from 10-2 to support them and the crafters raising funds for a new ambulance.
