We are proud to announce another successful Atwood Area Fall Festival! This marks the 43rd year of fun, food, crafts, and entertainment. The AAFF committee would like to thank all of our vendors, volunteers, special attraction areas, MWCD and EVERYONE that came to enjoy the event, for participating and helping to make this a great event for the community. Please mark your calendars for next year...let's make it even better!

PLEASE DON'T answer to anyone trying to sell vendor spots, advance tickets, or anything else! The ONLY way to become a vendor is thru our application process at atwoodfallfest.org and tickets are not pre-sold. Admission is only at the entry to the festival!

PHOTO CONTEST UPDATE!!!!

We are only one week from the October 2nd entry day for the Atwood Area Fall Festival photo contest, conducted by Focus Point, and we are excited about sponsoring this event and sharing it with the thousands of people who will visit the "Photo Barn" this year.

Please refer to the attached (.pdf) entry form for details.

This year's categories are:

-Friendship
-Transportation
-Hiding in Plain Sight

The entry fees are only $4 (cash) per photo.

If you don't want to make the drive on Thursday, October 2nd, then please contact me about meeting up, and I can transport your photos there for you.

Proceeds benefit the Arts Center of Newcomerstown.

Once again in 2025, the Atwood Area Fall Festival committee is proudly offering an advertising opportunity to local businesses that wish to tell the festival patrons about themselves.

Signage of your design will be placed on the transportation trams that shuttle our guests to and from the parking areas, making them visible to all of our guests using our convenient shuttle service.

2025 ATWOOD FALL FESTIVAL PHOTO CONTEST
This year marks the 15th Annual Photo Contest at the Atwood Area Fall Festival, scheduled for October
3rd, 4th, and 5th, at beautiful Atwood Lake Park, in Mineral City, Ohio. The contest is managed by the local
photo club, Focus Point. We invite those interested in photography to be creative and interpret the
following categories as they see fit:
Categories:
1. Friendship
2. Transportation
3. Hiding in Plain Sight
Youth – This age category is for those age 17 and under and includes the above categories. Those age 18
or older should enter the adult category.
Entry Fee: $4.00 per photograph entered (cash only) limit of 3 photos per person; one in each category.
Rules and Specifications:
 Photograph entries must have been taken by the entrant, using a camera or cell phone.
 Minimal digital editing is acceptable (such as: adjusting color, contrast, sharpness, cropping, etc.).
 Due to space limitations, restrict the overall size to no larger than 11” x 14” (including any mat used).
 Photos must be mounted on stiff backer board, foamboard, or matted. No glass or frames, please.
 Please place identifying information on the back of each photo (your name, contact information, and
category entered). Please do NOT tape your entry form to the back of the photo.
 Photographers should complete an entry form (below) and submit it with their labeled photos and
cash entry fee, at the Weaver “Photo Barn,” located in Camp Area H, across from the restrooms, on
Thursday, October 2nd between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., or make prior arrangements for early dropoff
with a Focus Point member (see contact information below).
 Winners will be awarded ribbons for first, second, and third places.
 Every effort will be made to ensure the safety and security of all submitted photographs. However,
neither Focus Point, nor the Atwood Fall Festival Committee, nor the Muskingum Watershed
Conservancy District will be liable for any damages to submitted photos.
 Retrieval of photographs will be on Sunday, October 5th, from 3:00 p.m. until the festival closing time
of 5:00 p.m., unless other arrangements are made.
