Hey everyone, long time no see!

We’ve had a few people ask if we’re still doing the food truck. Yes and no. We’re not going out everyday like we used to, only because the food truck overhead is CRAZY and thankfully, it’s not something we need to depend on. Instead, we’re doing events, catering and special orders only. Just to cut out cost, and only go where we know we’re needed.

That being said, just by word of mouth alone, we’ve had so many opportunities this summer! Car shows, fundraisers and local events. And we can’t thank y’all enough for the recommendations!

Tomorrow we’ll be in attendance for the Iron Horse Festival in downtown Mineola from 10am-4pm! With all your favorites like fresh burgers, hotdogs, homemade lemonade, and now offering corn dogs and nachos! (And I promise we won’t skimp on the nacho cheese😉) we HOPE to see you there!

Next weekend, we were one of the lucky few to be chosen as a food vendor at the Grand Saline Salt Festival! We’ll be in attendance both Friday from 7pm-End, and the following Saturday ALL DAY from 10am-End! Pray for us😅
